Corporate governance and compliance
We embed sustainability into every layer of our governance and operations. In 2024, we made real progress: our EcoVadis score rose by 8 points, new offices earned ISO certifications, and we committed to set science-based targets (SBTi).
A global network of leaders, sustainability experts, and local champions ensures that our values translate into action. Aligned with frameworks like the UN Global Compact and GHG Protocol, we drive responsible growth and foster a culture centered on people, planet, and performance.
Protecting our assets
Robust systems, clear policies, and continuous training keep our data secure, and our teams informed. In 2024, we renewed our ISO certifications and achieved a strong CyberVadis score of 923/1,000. We also established an AI Governance Committee to guide the responsible use of AI, aligned with the EU AI Act. Security, privacy, and innovation remain closely linked as we shape our digital future.
Supply chain management
In 2024, we strengthened our supply chain by ensuring 10,000+ suppliers follow our Code of Conduct and assessing 3,000 hotels on ESG practices. We continue driving responsible sourcing, sustainability, and compliance through strategic engagement and audits.
Business ethics
As a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact, we are committed to acting ethically in all aspects of our business and maintaining and improving the highest standards of honesty and integrity. This is part of our core values, and we firmly support international and local efforts to eliminate corruption and financial crime.
Partnering with our industry
From shaping the Net Zero Carbon Events roadmap to co-founding the Global Destination Sustainability Movement, we lead with purpose to inspire a more responsible future for events. We advocate for change across the industry, collaborating with partners, clients and peers to raise sustainability standards.
